“Go Stones Day” was established on May 14, 2017, and this year marks the 8th anniversary.
May 14th has been designated as “Go Stones Day” in Japan, based on a wordplay where the numbers 5 (go) and 14 (ishi) can be read as “go-ishi” (go stone).
