  • Compensation Program for International Mail
    In cases where your mail has been lost or the contents have been damaged or are missing, we will compensate your loss.

  • The shipment I sent from overseas to Japan has not arrived.
    If mail from overseas has failed to arrive, an investigation can be made within six months from the date it was posted; please make a request to the offices below. However, some countries do not accept requests for investigations regarding regular mail that has not arrived.
