This time I like to tell you the difference of Visa for the Pro. Go player among the 3 countries, Swiss, Austria and France.
I was teaching Go in Swiss since Sep.2004 with visa that I could stay without income.
Then I moved to Vienna to support European Go Congress and teach Go for long time in Austria.
That time I was appointed to be Japan for Japanese Culture mission by Japanese Government.
Then many people said to me there are no problem to received visa from Austria.
 But it didn't work it, after I was waited for one year.
It became big problem for me. Because I was planning to teach Go
in Austria and many countries around Austria.
So it became impossible to stay in Austria any more.
So I started to think other countries to move to. And I wonder what is going on at Go course at Maison de la culture du Japon a Paris that I set up 10 years ago.
Same time I found President Sarkozy in France made new type of visa for the person of culture. And it was fit with my position perfectly. Now I have the working visa by teaching Go in France.
So how big difference way to the treatment among the 3 countries for the pro. Go player that there are not so much competition in Europe.
Now I wonder how can I use this valuable visa in Europe….
